By accessing or using our website, applications, Telegram bot, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

• News Push Service: Automatic collection, translation, and push of multi-source news content
• Data Analytics: Group activity, member behavior, and other data analysis

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account
• Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands.
